Skypomedia is an AI automation agency based in Danvers, MA. We build automated tools for local service businesses, including SMS review request systems. This policy explains how we handle data in the course of providing those services.
When a client uses our review request product, the following data is entered into our system:
This data is provided by our client (the business), not collected directly from end customers.
The sole purpose of collecting this data is to send a single SMS review request to the customer after a service is completed. We do not use this data for marketing, advertising, resale, or any other purpose.

Both services maintain their own privacy policies and security standards. We do not share data with any other third parties.
Job records are retained in our database until deleted by the client through the dashboard. Clients can delete individual job records at any time. We do not retain data beyond what is operationally necessary.
Clients using our review request product are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their customers before entering their phone numbers into our system. Skypomedia provides the infrastructure — the client relationship with the end customer is the client's responsibility.
If you are an end customer who received an SMS through our system and would like your phone number removed from a client's records, contact us at skypomedia@gmail.com and we will process the request promptly.
